DocSafe

docSafe is a secure document exchange and storage solution which enables the upload of documents into a secure, encrypted area via a login on our website.

Only nominated staff can access this area, and it can be used to both store and exchange documents.

If you have sensitive information that you want to keep away from prying eyes, simply upload it into this area. You will ensure its security, whilst being able to access it from virtually anywhere.

The documents or files can be in any format e.g. Word, Excel or PDF (Adobe Acrobat) etc. You can even set up your own filing system to suit your specific needs.

Clients can now collect their accounts, tax returns, files and correspondence in a secure encrypted area within our website. The benefits of this facility:

  • Access your documents on the move or from anywhere in the world
